HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
It is quick and easy to order on Sculptshe. Follow below steps:
* To add an item to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Cart” from the product page.
* To view the items in your Shopping Bag and click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right corner of the page.
* Review all items in your cart - if you’re ready to finalize your order, click on ‘CHECKOUT’.
* Proceed with your payment by filling out all the information needed in the checkout page and clicking on ‘Continue to Shipping Method’.
* Choose your preferred shipping method and, once ready, click on ‘Continue to Payment Method’.
* Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER ONLINE?
* You may pay with a debit or credit card as well as with your Paypal account. Your card will be charged within 3-5 business days of shipping your product.

* Enter your gift card information at checkout and it will be automatically applied to your order.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES AT ONE TIME?
* No, you can only use 1 discount code per order. However, you can use a discount code in conjunction with a gift card or rewards points.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
* Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive a Thank You email confirming it. It confirms that your order was successfully submitted.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?
* Given the speed at which we fulfill orders, it is not possible to cancel orders after it has been placed. However, we can assist you in initiating a return for a refund or exchange after an order is placed. I JUST HAD A BABY. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Congratulations! You can typically wear a cincher as soon as one week after giving birth. If you had a c-section, it is often advisable to wait two weeks. Every body is different, so please consult a doctor for a professional opinion.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS?

MY PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
* First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
